We here at Technical Maintenance, Inc. are excited to announce our new online reporting system is now in place. This service is provided at no additional cost and allows our customers to view and print certificates, history, etc. from any computer that is connected to the internet.
Ways to help you in an Audit:
- Allows customers to access information at any computer with internet access.
- Able to track all information from past calibration cycles.
- Access to equipment by entering the items serial numbers
- Able to access certification online.
Please feel free to try the software out by utilizing our "test customer" below.
- Log in using the following: USERNAME: SAMPLE / PASSWORD: DEMO
- All the items in this test have an ID number starting with TEST.
- Click "Search By" at the top and enter "T"
- The program will auto fill the selected items.
- Double-click one of the items.
- From here you can view the items history and follow it through it's progress while it is at TMI
- Simply click on the Event type that says calibration and off to the right is a red ribbon icon that represents your Certificate of calibration. You can even print it out from there!
- Advanced users can run reports and see what items are coming due for calibration, equipment status, etc.
