Michael started with TMI when the company opened in 1991. He worked part time as a driver, warehouseman and telecom repair technician. In 1995 he went full time and started to learn all that the company can do. In 1997 he relocated to TMI’s second office in Huntsville, Alabama and began training as a mechanical calibration technician. After 2 years in Huntsville he then relocated to Tampa Florida to help with TMI’s third office. Here in Tampa he worked to expand the capabilities of the company to help meet the needs of our growing customer base. In 2002 he became the branch manager of the Tampa office. Over the next few years as TMI grew both locally and across the country he became district manager followed by Vice President. Today he is President and runs service, sales and quality and works every day to make sure all of the customers and companies needs are met to the highest possible potential.

Quality Manager

Brought on as Quality Engineer in 2012, Scott advanced to Quality Manager in 2016.  He received his metrology training in the US Air Force.  After which he worked in metrology at Kennedy Space Center as a Calibration Technician. Earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology he was promoted to Calibration Engineer where he served until the Conclusion of the Space program in 2011.  With a dedication to detail and knowledge of metrology, Scott is committed to TMI’s promise of supplying industry leading Quality and customer service.
