It is the policy of Technical Maintenance Inc. to provide the highest level of accredited calibration and repair service to our customers. Management is committed to achieving the best possible laboratory practices through continuous process improvements, the highest level of competency of its technicians through continuous training and testing, and exceptional customer service.

All personnel concerned with calibration activities are required to familiarize themselves with the TMI Quality documentation and apply the policies and procedures in their work.

TMI’s goal is to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory agency standards such as ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 and ANSI/NCSL Z540.3-2006.  We are committed to meeting the principles of ISO 9001:2015 through ISO/IEC 17025:2017 while continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
