Quality Policy

TMI’s goal is to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory agency standards such as ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 and ANSI/NCSL Z540.3-2006.  We are committed to meeting the principles of ISO 9001:2015 through ISO/IEC 17025:2017 while continually improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

Lab Certifications

TMI Labs are certified by ANAB to ISO 17025 Requirements. This certification is the core by which our Quality Manual and Procedures are built on.

Through the ANAB Certification TMI is able to provide calibration to:

  • ANSI/Z540-1, ANSI/Z540.3 and ISO 17025 with Uncertainties

The ISO 17025 Certification also satisfies the requirements called out in ISO 9001:2015.

Through our ISO 17025 Certification TMI is also compliant with nuclear requirements 10CFR50 and 10CFR21.

The ISO 17025 Certification is also in compliance with AS 9100 requirements and TMI will implement specific process changes as required.

Sample Calibration Certificates

Sample Calibration Certificates are attached for you to review to insure you that TMI is using industry standard practices for the Certificate documentation.  The samples provided are for a standard Z540-1 calibration and for a 17025 calibration with measurement uncertainties.

Warranties

TMI hereby warrants that unless otherwise stated, the equipment will be returned to the customer in good operating condition. All service work is warranted for a period of ninety days covering all labor, and any parts we have previously replaced, necessary to return the equipment to a good operating condition. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

Complaint Resolution

TMI takes customer service very serious so whenever there is a problem that requires immediate attention for a prompt resolution TMI will prepare a corrective action report (CAR) that will be evaluated at the highest levels of the company to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
